Back in December there was a parent visitation day at Katie's kindergarten. Her class had prepared several songs and dances to perform. During the fall semester her class had been studying China's various minority groups and so (I think) many of their performances were in the style/dress of some of these groups. Katie was really into the study of the minority groups, and we'd like to take her to the Minority Museum in our city sometime this spring. It was fun for me to meet more parents of her classmates too.
